We recommend booking your boat ticket from either Eka Jaya (leaves from Padang Bai) or The Orian Prince (leaves from Serangin). These are open-ended tickets that allow you to change dates with 24-hour notice.

We are a short 15-minute walk from the port - we have included a video to showcase the route to take to get to us!

Talk to our reception staff to help organise snorkelling, diving and horse riding.

We are open for check-ins all day, however, rooms will not be ready until early afternoon. We have a space to store your bags for early morning arrivals, and you are welcome to relax by our pool and enjoy a meal from our kitchen. Upon check-in, we hold onto your passport as a security deposit and to ensure its safekeeping while on the island.

Check-out is by 10:00 a.m. Late fees may apply to checkouts after this time. If you need to leave a day early let us know as soon as possible to avoid extra charges.

Bed Allocation on dorm rooms will be based on availability on the day and earlier bookings first, wherever possible groups will be kept together. Emailing asking to be together will not change how we allocate beds. If you booked in multiple bookings, feel free to ask to be together; if we can, we will do so.

Up to 3 days advance notice before the arrival date is required. If canceled or modified later, the first night will be charged. For No Show or cancellation on the day of arrival, the full balance will be charged and no refund will be given.

The minimum age to stay at the hostel is 17 years old.

Consuming alcohol not purchased at our bar will result in confiscation of said alcohol, and continued consumption will result in accommodation being cancelled.
